Sounds of Christmas 2025 is returning, and we’re pleased to once again feature our Children’s Choir. If your child is currently in 2nd – 5th grade, we welcome their participation!

Sunday, September 7, 2025 OR Sunday, September 14, 2025
TIME: By Appointment Beginning at 12:15PM
WHERE: S-106 (on Level 1 down the hallway from our MPC Choir Room). This is the same location as 2024 auditions.
WHO: 2nd - 5th Graders ONLY
SOC 2025 PERFORMANCES:
Saturday, December 13 (3PM and 7PM)
Sunday, December 14 (3PM and 7PM)
AUDITION PROCESS:
1. Students will be seen individually for voice audition and then grouped by fours for the group dance audition.
2. Plan for your child to sing “The Happy Birthday Song” acapella (voice only/no accompaniment). We are looking for singers with: note/pitch accuracy, vocal range, facial expressiveness, and the ability to listen and follow directions well.
3. No need to prepare dance choreography. A simple dance portion will be taught DURING the audition to identify if your child can keep a steady beat.
4. A 2025 rehearsal and performance schedule is attached. Please carefully review these dates and confirm your child’s availability.
