Getting Started with Planning Center

Thank you for partnering with us to make Sundays and Wednesdays incredible! Your time and effort make a huge difference in creating a safe, fun, and impactful environment every weekend.

To help us stay organized and ensure every service is fully supported, we use Planning Center Services. Below is a quick 4-step tutorial to help you get set up.

Step 1: Download the "Services" App

Download the Planning Center Services app to manage your serving schedule, view details, and update your availability directly from your mobile device:

Step 3: Managing Multiple Accounts or Linking Household Schedules

If you have multiple accounts or want to manage schedules for your family members in one place:

  • Household Accounts: You can view and manage schedules for everyone in your household right within the app once linked.

  • Need Help Combining Accounts? If you have multiple login emails or need help linking your household profile, watch the account management tips in the Planning Center Services Video Guide or tap the Email Leader button inside the app to reach out to our team for assistance.

Step 4: Block Out Unavailable Dates & Response Times

To help our scheduling team prepare well in advance, please keep these two simple practices in mind:

  1. Block Out Future Dates: As soon as you know you’ll be away (vacation, trips, or personal conflicts), use the Block Out Dates feature in the app so our team knows not to schedule you for those weekends.

  2. Respond Promptly to Serving Requests: If you are scheduled and cannot serve, please decline as soon as possible—ideally by Wednesday or Thursday prior to your scheduled weekend. Prompt responses give our team enough time to find coverage and ensure every classroom is fully staffed.
