Bible Lesson: Jesus and Nicodemus: John 3:1–17; Romans 10:9–13
WEEKLY CHALLENGE: This week, we taught the kids about Nicodemus coming to see Jesus at night, but I'm sure their conversation probably felt like someone had flipped on a light for Nicodemus. Let's imagine what that scene might have looked like that night. We can invite light and color into the darkness on our papers. This light and color is similar to what Jesus brings into our hearts so we can remember: I'm invited to believe in Jesus! To reinforce this lesson; Provide blank scratch art paper and invite kids to draw out the scene of Nicodemus coming to visit Jesus at night.
