Bible Lesson: Joseph's Dreams: Genesis 37:1-28; Psalm 145:8-9
WEEKLY CHALLENGE: Have you ever had a big dream—one that was exciting, confusing, or even a little strange? This week, Joseph had big dreams from God that showed he would be a leader one day. But when he shared them, his brothers got jealous and angry. Even when others don’t treat us fairly, God loves everyone the same.
Weekly Challenge Instructions: Print the Toothbrush Dream printable on card stock paper. Have your child add color using different styles of toothbrush painting—"brushing" the coat, stamping the wheat, and splattering paint off the bristles for the stars. See different styles and a worked example here.
Brushing our teeth before we go to bed is something we do so often that we can do it now without even thinking! Showing others love can be the same, just like a bedtime routine. When we know that God loves everyone the same, we can practice this every day, too.
